Direct Dial Widget

Hi, I'm new to any forum, so please bear with me for silly question or replies.
Recently got my new set, Redmi Noter 13 Pro+ 5G. Is there any way how I can add a direct dail widget? Previously had a Samsung Note 10plus phone, which had the widget included in it. Don't mind paying for it, but MUST be a simple thing, one icon per contact, and 1X1 only, not bigger

Unfortunately I don't have like you're showing in the screenshot forwarded. Check out mine. Not very convinced with Xiaomi at this point

Hi. I'm new to the forum and I'm a new Xiaomi owner. I have a Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G (Xiaomi HyperOs 1.0.6.0.UOPMIXM) with Android 14 UKQ1.240523.001. I have the same situation as NOWA5167. I've tried everything. Has anyone finally managed to solve the problem of direct dial icons? I've had various Samsungs before and never had such trivial problems. Please help. Thanks in advance and best regards.
