Disable 10s/5s Confirmation Dialog

Hello, I just flashed the EU ROM on my Mi 13 Ultra and the experience so far has been great. However, I found the 10s/5s confirmation dialog for certain settings still there, is there a way to disable it? And how to reassign the power button to power off/reboot instead of Google Assistant? Thank you.

settings > additional settings > accessibility > physical > time to take action

settings > additional settings > gesture shortcuts > launch Google Assistens > off
