Google Assistant keeps booting when holding power button.

Hello,

this is my first post and I am very new to the xiaomi.eu rom so I apologise if I am unknowledgeable on some things. I am running Hyper OS from Xiaomi.eu on Xiaomi 13 Ultra and holding the power button keeps booting google assistant. I have already disabled the gesture shortcut in more settings but it keeps on persisting. Is there any way to fix this?

Assistent is the worst thing to have on the Google suite.
There are so many functions and options for Assistent to deactivate. When completed the service seems like a hidden spy master.
