Disable Upside Down Rotation

I recently found out this question is caused by config_allowAllRotations setting as true and I succeed editing this line to false with MT Manager on Paranoid Android.
Can I do the same thing on Xiaomi.eu? Which file should I edit?

No file. You toggle off "Allow all rotations" in Settings -> Display.

There's nothing in settings only "auto rotation screen"
