Dismiss/swipe Notifications Opens Up Application Settings?

Most times when I dismiss/swipe notifications it opens up the application settings for that application. What's happening?

I'm on 7.5.7.0 xiaomi.eu, mi5. This is because I use xposed and that requires android 6.
