DND Mode - Phone number pattern

Hello,

I'm working on the Brazilian translation for MIUI, and I've got a question regardind the DND mode (actually, 2 questions).

Is there a way to change the phone number format? All phones that I add start with an (00), and I want to remove this, so it can recognize only the inputted numbers from the caller.

And i'm experiencing problems when trying to delete an blacklisted number. Is this a general problem, or a fault in my translation?
