Do Not Recover Redmi Note

Hi everybody,
I have a redmi note. After updating wrong rom for mobile, my phone is shuted down.
I try to recover by method using volum up + down, power key but on the screen has just showed "MI" image.

Could anyone help me to sovle it? (
