Does EU ROM safe?

Hi I am new in this forum, I am planning to change to EU ROM. I would like to know if EU version is safe, Right now I am using Global ROM. anybody can help me to change ROM. Thanks in advance.

What do you understand or mean with the question is it safe in comparision with global rom?
