Does Mi4 Support Fdd-lte?

Does Mi 4 support FDD-lte which is widely used in other countries than china? Does it has radio frequency/band problem?

Depends of which model you buy. If you buy Mi4 FDD-LTE then it will support FDD-LTE.

As I do not know much about FDD-LTE etc, I have problem with my "Redmi 2 4G". Someone bought this for me in Hong Kong, when I took it back to Toronto of Canada, this Redmi 2 4G can recognize my local SIM card, got the Provider's name and the Phone number, except there is "No Service".

Can you figure out where went wrong? Please help.

Maybe your provider uses 4G frequencies that are not supported by your phone and vice versa.

No one knows the name of your provider (carrier) until you give it.

Look in the list of 4G networks and find your carrier's frequencies and compare them with the phone's ones. After that you will know if your phone will work in Canada. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_LTE_networks

Both Canadian carriers Bell and Rogers are using FDD-LTE(B7)-or 2600 MHz.
As for 3G WCDMA Bell is using CDMA which is not supported by your phone, while Rogers is using WCDMA (HSDPA 850 / 1900 MHz.
According to http://www.mi.com/en/note4g/#param Xiaomi Redmi 2 is using HSDPA 850 / 900/ 1900 / 2100 MHz which is a little bit different from what you specify as "WCDMA(B1/8)"-2100 and 900 MHz respectively.

So, Rogers is the best choice for your phone, if it is not a replica of Xiaomi Redmi 2.
