Does the "V12.0.1.0.RJGMIXM" have the same issues that the official one?

I want to migrate to the xiaomi.eu side of things, my experience with the new update "V12.0.1.0.RJGMIXM" have been dreadful (profile bugs, squared bubbles... etc)... so i want to know if the Xiaomi.eu "V12.0.1.0.RJGMIXM" also have these same issues. If so, can i flash the "V12.0.9.0.QJGMIXM" without problems?
