Does Xiaomi.eu ROM remove the PROC national spyware?

Rumor has it that Xiaomi implemented various packages at the system level to prevent certain "fradulent" apps (google, facebook, etc.) in miui 13 china rom.
It also seemed to be sending vpn usage statistics to the PROC government.

Would the developers of Xiaomi.eu rom mind removing all of such spyware and change the package installer (or just use the default one in android) in your rom?
