For STABLE ROMs, up to now, you must keep TWRP1102 or 1217 version. 1227 is ONLY for DEV rom after 8.12.20 .

If you are blocked and can't install any TWRP, you must flash official rom via miflash. I hope for you it's not the case!

When I was bricked (only fastboot available and no way to flash TWRP) I made use of the CHINA DEV 9.2.15 fastboot.
Then I flashed directly twrp 1227.
Don't forget to FORMAT DATA before going to EU ROM.
