Double Press Vol- To Open Camera Doesn't Turn On Screen

Double press Vol- to open Camera doesn't turn on the screen anymore, but only runs the camera, then I have to press Pow button to turn on the screen and see it's running.

No idea if this is because I have password screenlock + fingerprints set now, or an actual bug. Version: 2016.11.24
