Downgrade Weekly

Hi, i installed the latest weekly 8.4.19, but i didnt like it much so i want to get back to 8.4.12, so what i have to do? And can i backup /data and then restore it after downgrade? I think that for downgrade i have to factory reset in recovery then flash previous version and then restore /data. i am right?

Sometimes you can go little bit back without full wipes, just need to test. If wipe cache and dalvik is not enough for working system, then full factory reset and restore data.
