I can't find the right way to set language correctly?!
I find a few solutions in the forum but none for a amateur like me.

How do i install the multi language rom??

Can someone explain me step by step please and were i can find the right files....

Download here the Multi language
Rename it to: update.zip
Put it on your phone in the root
After that turn of your phone
Press volume button up and power button
Choose your file, update it and restart your phone

You know an address in the Netherlands where they can fix my problems.
I am unable to place the multi ROM on my locked MI4s.
Please help me.
