When you install Twrp,after using code fastboot flash recovery twrp.img,remove phone from cable and hold '+'volume and power button to enter Twrp
Don't type code fastboot boot twrp.img

Hi, I try to do this but nothing change? The phone is still asking for password I don't know when entering TWRP !

The password is the same as your lockscreen password.
