New Equalizer settings for Bluetooth earphones

can't use equalizer for Bluetooth earphones ( I'm not sure if it's a bug or something ordinary) I tried different earphones, all same
miui 10.2 (8.10.25)
xiaomi mi5x
Android 7.1.2
earphones : BE-1002 / meizu ep 52

Thats the issue with every MIUI distribution, not only xiaomi.eu or chinese version.
