Facebook event and birthday sync?

I found this screenshot on Reddit and wanted to know how to get it to sync.
I can only get my contacts to sync and I get a notification for messenges

PS: I did ask the person who posted it but I didn't get any answer

I don't think it's Pure Messenger or FriendCaster. This is something else and this looks very nice ^^
