Facebook sycn isnt a option! miui 2.3.16 ICS

When I install the facebook app, there arent any options for sync all the contacts with a phone number?

Are you talking with the application? If you go to Settings -> Accounts / Sync Settings, and click on your Facebook account is there a checkbox for "Sync Contacts"?

What phone are you on? I want to see if this is widespread across all ICS, or just that phone.

The facebook app aint compatible with ics contacts sync. They have to update their app. Some roms do support it, but this is because of a xml hack they put in their Contacts.apk and ContactsProvider.apk.

Also have tried other ICS ports (including samsung official) this is the first time it's not been an option. I don't have sync in the facebook app, and clicking facebook under the sync settings area does nothing.
