facial unlock don t work

hello i have just bought mi 10 lite 5g and the facial unlock don't work. i can record a face, but when i try to unlock nothing happen. i have muii 12 and android 10
any idea?

Estoy en la misma situación. Miui 12 con android 11!!!

Did you do everything right? Go to settings-passwords and security-face scanner and turn off "stay on lock screen".
