FastBoot Problem

When rebooting the the phone into recovery (by holding down the volume rocker) the phone used to boot into Fastboot.

I then flashed a ClockWorkMod Recovery Image to the phone using Fastboot.
I expected the phone to then boot into ClockWorkMod recovery (when holding down the volume rocker), which should also give access to Fastboot.

However the phone now (when restarting and holding down the volume rocker) only boots into the MIUI recovery screen, which was previously only available through the UPDATER app?? I can't get back to Fastboot??

This would be fine, but the MIUI recovery screen does not allow you to install custom roms from a zip file? How do I get FastBoot back?

Anyone any ideas???
