Fastboot stuck

Dear all,
Please help me I was installing the rom in this link

everything was good till installing the rom it supposed to reboot for 5 min but it was stuck at fastboot mode
any help please

If you have not fixed this yet, get another version of fastboot.exe . The one in the very first fastboot ROM pack is faulty and won't flash the system.img. or flash twrp and custom ROM in one go.
