Fastboot Unlock Error

Hello,
In order to flash a Global ROM I need to use fastboot method as far I understand. So to be able to use Fastboot, I need to unlock my phone. I have applied for unlocking my device and got approved. Now before I proceed with unlocking my phone, I need to link my account with the device in developer mode. But when I do that I see the following error.

The device did not accept my request and gave some error in Chinese. I think this means I need to follow some API documentation (as per Google translate). But not sure what to do. Can anyone kindly help me with this?

Shangai worked fine with the device. But here I see another drama.

PC is also connected to Shanghai.

VPN on phone, login in Developer options - - > Mi Unlock Status, then use Mi Unlock on PC for unlocking.
