Fingerprint Sensor not working on Mi 10

Hello,
I have bought the mi 10 5G 2days ago and i am noticing problems with fingerprint sensor!I have no idea why even though i have rebooted it and deleted fingers and again the same thing sometimes the sensor doesnt even seem to be responding!Is it caused to the software or something else?

If u got tempered glass screenprotector thats the problem!

So i shall not place any screenprotector or tempered glass right?
Otherwise phone isnt gonna read it!
But sometimes(when it works) it can read it with the tempered glass on!
Most of the times ofc its not reading the finger

I have removed the tempered glass and deleted fingers and putted new ones and the problem still persists !The screen works fine in touch and everything but just the sensor isnt working most of the times

I remove my tempered glass and put same one as it was on screen when i unpack phone from the box, oleophobic...and after that my fingerprintsensor work without issues
