You're right. fastboot version RUBYGlobal_V14.0.2.0.TMOMIXM is not available yet. Only the recovery version V14.0.2.0.TMOMIXM is available.
I only found the fastboot version RUBYGlobal_V14.0.1.0.TMOMIXM.
