Flashing ROM on Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s

My brother own xiaomi mi mix2s. When i sell it to him, i install latest stable xeu rom, it was 10.0.2 now he has some problems of slow working etc. He never updated new update. I try with updater app and it say it is ap to date.

so i decided to flash latest miui 11 xeu stable. Is it possible to flash dirty from that miui 10 to miui 11 xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMix2S_V11.0.3.0.QDGCNXM_v11-10 or i must flash latest miui10 stable and then this latest miui11?

Hello, you can directly install latest Stable xiaomi.eu MIUI 11 ROM over any previous Stable xiaomi.eu ROM, without issue.
