Flashing Twrp

Hello!
I want install TWRP on my Mi Note Pro (for flash Xiaomi.eu ROM...) but it's not working.
I have try with Flashify and Fastboot, but it's doesn't work (see the picture).
With Fastboot I have try this commands :
fastboot erase recovery
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
But when I reboot in recovery mode, MIUI remove TWRP !

So, how can I flash TWRP ?

Try with these commands:

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot boot recovery.img


("recovery.img" is the name of your file, twrp.img)
