From Global Stable To Xiaomi.eu Miui8

Hi guys, for the last couple of days i've been lost in this forum trying to discover how to change the ROM to xiaomi.eu.
I´ve seen lots of tutorials, different methods, etc but there was something missing.

My phone came with CHINA STABLE, I unlocked the bootloader, and tried GLOBAL DEV and now i am with GLOBAL STABLE via fastboot.

Can someone please explain the right steps to update to 6.7.21 via recovery? i'm a fast learner, just need the right guidance. No root, and no TWRP installed yet (p.s. i read somewhere that the official one is out).

Hi, which is device? by normal way for xiaomi.eu is twrp.

I was just having a small problem and couldnt figure out what it was.
