Getting Locked From Phone Because Can't Sign In To Mi Account

So, I've been trying to change the rom in my Xiaomi 4S from the Chinese with the EU one.

I bought and used my phone in China for quite a while, so I use my Chinese number for the verification. Now I am no longer in China

After flashing the rom, I have to sign in to my mi account to enter my phone. Unfortunately, I have to get the verification which was sent to my Chinese Sim Card. Obviously, I can't get the SMS, therefore I can't sign in to my account. So I can't get inside my phone at all.

Any solution?

I still have to get the sms verification from Xiaomi for that
