Global Rom?

I want to instal a Global rom on mi phone using miui.eu, but the bootloader I have it's Tissot. It will work using your rom?

Yes I know, but it came like that when I bought it. Runs miui perfectly. Just want to know if I can use this rom for multilanguage?

How did you manage to put MIUI on A1? TWRP for tissot and then MIUI rom for 5X?
