I'm sorry I didn't understand, I'm in the wrong custom rom ?? maybe I'm wrong community ?? when I press on MIUI VERSION the system always tells me that there is no new update

You have Official ROM, yes or no? If yes, you are in wrong community.

Because you seem to have Official "EEA" ROM version (QJKEUXM), so check this following forum (and this following thread, specifically) => https://c.mi.com/thread-3359287-1-0.html
