google assistant can not access mi home

since some weeks googel assistant can not access mihome anymore. Error message "can not access mi home"

- Mi home app is working
- google assistant is working in general (e.g. set a timer)

is this miui related?

can someone confirm if its working or same error?

Device is Mi8pro 9.10.11 weekly

I have the same failure on my Mi Mix 2s with xiaomi.eu 10 3 4

After login to Mi Home in Google assistant the the service does not show up in the list. when i kill the Mi Home app i can login again in the Google assistant without any change.

mi Home with China Server works fine and Google assistant works with other services as well.
