New google maps - small window not close-/restoreable

Hi,

Google maps has a feature which lets you see the navigation window while you are using another app.
In this small window an option to make google maps fullscreen again or close it.
As far as I have seen this option does not work with the latest beta (11/07) - t used to work in the prior beta.

that's the "picture in picture" (PiP) feature that is not working for the last two versions of the ROM - in any of the apps that use it (Google Maps, Youtube, etc)

Also twitch PiP do works but the button to go back to full-screen doesn't. It does click behind the video scare (on the content behind the PiP)
