I tried clearing app data and restart my phone but problem not fixed. My connection is good. Hope you can fix the problem soon

Try this:
Go to TWRP, WIPE, Advanced Wipe, "DALVIK CACHE" and "CACHE",SWIPE TO FLASH,Reboot System.
After that, say me if the error is still alive.
