Google Store Problem

Hello yesterday i bought a Xiaomi Mipad and I wanted to download Google Store because i dont understand anything in Xiaomi Market Store , so i tried to find it in the store and i couldnt , then i downloaded from the browser and the google store didnt started , I tried also to visit the google store site from browser and download directly apps from it and it was saying that My device is not eligle with this application? Please how can i fix google store , any ideas?

And How to Install this ROM , any guide?

Download rom to phone, open Updater, choose 3-dots menu, install downloaded rom (zip). Done.

Im using Xiaomi MiPad not Phone. Thats why i asked if the procedure is same , I dont know which folder to put the ROM in the Tablet

Not really - MIUI for MiPad, imho, is based on KK, whereas MIUI for Mi Phone (at least Mi2s) is based on LP. Therefore, "not eligle" is in fact a problem. Sometimes one can solve it with simply downloading and installing the apks...
