MI PAD 3 Android version 7.0 (NRD90M) MIUI Global 8.8 (8.8.9.0)
My pad is refusing to download apps (for instance, Netflix) from the google store, even though the google option for downloading over both wifi/data is selected, I cleared the google store cache, and 56GB of storage remains on the pad.
At first the download status stated "waiting for wifi", then when i stopped the google store service, cleared the google store cache and restarted the device, now the status is just indefinitely "downloading" with no advancement. I tried over multiple internet hotspot sources, and there is no change. It should be noted the general internet on the device is fully functional, as there is no trouble loading webpages fairly quickly. The area that the operation is being tried, has normally fantastic reception for all the hotspot devices being used.
I would like to reinstall the OS on the device. is this possible? where can i find it? thank you. any advice appreciated.
