I think the fingerprint may be banned from the latest APK, or Google's doing something again.
Mine's stopped couple days ago

For Xiaomi 14Pro (Shennong), if I lock BL now... will it be able to unlock later? E.g. when new update rom is released. Do I need unlock BL to update my rom?

Does locking bootloader fix it or nah? Thing is I don't want to root because then a couple of my apps won't work.
Its gonna fix it. But i cant test it bc my bootloader got unlocked by servers so if i lock it i cant unlock it again

I installed the latest module yesterday and rebooted my phone few times and it still doesn't work, I can't pass Integrity API test. Anyone found how to solve it?

Owning a device that is not rooted and is only using the gpay module, from the user's point of view you can't tell if it is another fingerprint that got banned or an elevated integrity requirement that got mandatory by the wallet app.
Only the developers can answer if this is the end of Google wallet for xiaomi.eu roms, without rooting and using tricks.
