Hand writing to text - for 'to-do list'

Is there an app go well with MI2 for converting Hand writing (on the touch screen) to text?

I m looking for a "to do list" kind of one

Please let me know.

There is a Key Bord which support hand writing as ainput method. May be its helpful to you. it support chinese and english may be more but i never tried. name is "Touchpal Keyboard" its free available in playstore.
