Hate Windows 10 Want To Install Mui

I've recently bought a Mi pad 2 with windows 10. I hate it and want to replace windows 10 with standard Mui, can someone outline how to do this... I'm non technical so as much detail step by step would be appreciated. Thanking you all in advance.
