Why on en.miui.com theres is the version H2A_JHCCNBD23.0_4.3
but on xiaomi.eu there is HM2013023_WCDMA_JHBCNBA13.0_jb-4.2 ?

I think the first one is only en/cn, and our, here, is multi, is it correct?

If yes... please consider my question only informative: why there is no 4.3 multilanguage version?
Is 'work in progress' ?
If yes, how can I help translating (EN to IT) ?
