Good evening,
I had the same problem as you and I flash the global stable rom with miflash without unlocking the bootlaoder .... everything works with the rom except some applications and google.
Did you find a solution on your side?
I would like to install the xiaomi.eu rom ...
I use this rom on my mid mix

For me
Updated twrp to 3.3.1.15 , now i am on latest beta , all ok
Just done a davlik cache , clean too.
