Help! Mi3 Boot Problem

I was using a mi3 and point blank it started the boot animation in loop.
Mi logo appears, stays for 1 second then disappears, and so on.
I tried flashing it via fast boot with full wipe but it didn't resolve the problem

You need to unlock it, try if "fastboot oem unlock" or "fastboot oem unlock-go" works.
