Help - My display only showing black screen

Hello Forum Members,

my Mi MIx3's display shows nothing but calls and so on work. The space also pops up by connecting to the pc.

Is there a possibility to connect to a display with an app that i can save my apps. In worst case how to delete the data so i can send it back to let it repair. (Recovery would be not easy to find the right buttons)

You could try to hard reboot the device, hold Power Button and Volume Up for about 30 seconds. (No data will be lost by hard rebooting)

thanks for the advice but did not work i will send the device to germany to inspect this case.

where did you send it to? reparatur guru in berlin? my device (also display doesnt work anymore) is since last week there and they are waiting for displays that schould arives this week.
hope i get my next week back. miss it so much sinse may 1
