Help needed to flash mi9se with miuieu rom

and i use this twrp file https://dl.twrp.me/grus/twrp-3.5.2_9-0-grus.img.html

but after I flashed the mi9se rom and reboot my devices reboots into th twrp again. and i can't get into the normal miui system. So what I am doing wrong??

You forgot to use the "Format Data" button in "Wipe" menu of TWRP.

Do that then reboot your device.

Which options in the wipe menu I need to activate???

And do I need this befor or after flashing the ROM??

You can format data before or after flashing the ROM, it should work for both.
