OK, let's see if we can help, by the this isn't the right section for it. Let's get some info, which version are you trying to install? What ROM were you coming from? What TWRP do you use? Did you format Data (the one you confirm with Yes, not just a wipe). Did you wait at least 10 minutes on logo - sometimes it takes a really long time.
