Hi, you MUST remove every spaces for the ROM path => Rename "9t Pro" folder to "9t_Pro" or "9t-Pro" by example.
Dear friend I had the same problem, with this method it is impossible to recover your MI 9T Pro. If you have not been able to recover it, write me and I will gladly help you.
Put folder in desktop
rename folder to "ROM"
try to flash
if don't go ..... try to flash with bat command "flash_all.bat"
