Help! Rmn3 Mtk

Hi,

I am sorry if this was asked already, I am new to this forum.
I am from Croatia, I got my phone about 2 months ago and didn't update it. I also don't get any updates on my phone.
I have "MIUI 7 by xiaomi.eu 66.1.14/Beta"
My question is, how do i upgrade my phone to version 7.*.*? And how do i get OTA updates?
I read somewhere that I need to flash, unlock some kind of bootloader ?? I am really confused, I would like to update my phone but am scared that I'll screw something up
