Help With Google Contacts And Viber?

I bought a cell phone last week through honorbuy.It did not work on mobile internet so I did reset the phone.There was no google store after that!I managed to get it back through google installers.Then you will not google contacts. Viber does not work.There was Rom 8.2.22.0 on it.I made a rom on 8.2.17.0 yesterday.Which rom would be best for the European version. What do I do to do all of my apps and google?I beg you for help.
