Help with latest version of xiaomi.eu ROM

Hi guys, i'm kinda confused about what is the latest firmware for the xiaomi 13 pro (NUWA). i always used weekly, after the weekly 24.7.28 came out i installed the stable "xiaomi.eu_NUWA_OS1.0.11.0.UMBCNXM_14" is this the latest rom from xiaomi.eu? And is it more updated than the weekly? because now my phone says i have to update to the "1.0.16.0.UMBCNXM" but can't see it anywhere on the forum.
Hope someone can clear my mind, thank you.

It is the latest ROM. It is newer than the weekly ROM. Weekly ROM release has ended.
