MI MIX 3 , 9.10.10
i cant update anymore
boot into recovery but it does not ask password anymore
so it does not decrypt files

how to fix?

Same Problem here on my Mi9 SE with twrp 3.3.1-2 and Not able to Install other twrp Version...
